Dr. Stephanie joined the Alternative Chiropractic team in April 2019. Dr. Stephanie is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences (Lombard, IL) where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University of Wisconsin.

Dr. Stephanie has been practicing in the Chicago Suburbs since 2015 at her private practice where she specialized in treating animals, ran an acupuncture practice for several years, and also was in charge of Physical Medicine at one of Chicagoland’s Top-Rated Chiropractic clinics in Park Ridge since 2017. Dr. Stephanie also served as an adjunct professor of Anatomy and Physiology at College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn. Dr. Stephanie is an avid enthusiast of anatomy, physiology, and fitness and discovered at a young age the many benefits of chiropractic care. In addition to fundamental chiropractic care, Dr. Stephanie has a variety of certifications and experience in Acupuncture, Clinical Nutrition, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Techniques, Kinesio Tape Technique, Motion Palpation, Rocktape Technique, BirthFit Professional, McKenzie Diagnosis Therapy A & B, and Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy.

Helping individuals to live healthier, happier, and more functional lives is the entire goal of chiropractic care. Collaborating with individuals to improve their quality of life, while utilizing a “whole person” approach is vital in achieving this goal. Dr. Stephanie believes that there is no such thing as “too healthy” and that there is always some facet of a person’s health that can be improved. Being a lifelong athlete, Dr. Stephanie is no stranger to the physical stresses that accompany playing sports. Dr. Stephanie fully understands the importance of Chiropractic care and how invaluable it is to allowing everyone to perform at their best. Dr. Stephanie emphasizes the importance of Chiropractic care not only when an injury has occurred, but also for the prevention of injury and preparing the body to take on every day challenges.

Hobbies and Interests: Dr. Stephanie enjoys going for hikes with her dog Bear, snowboarding, playing volleyball and ice hockey, weight lifting, cooking, yoga, camping, and reading.
